Prospect Capital, along with our Joint Venture partner URECO Property, are pleased to announce the acquisition of a development site located within the town of Paddock Wood in Kent.

Paddock Wood is located 6 miles to the northeast of Royal Tunbridge Wells and is 35 miles to the southeast of Central London. The property has been granted full planning permission for the redevelopment of land for a mixed use development. This incorporates 14 residential apartments, office use and flexible uses including office/community use with associated access and parking.

The development is due to reach practical completion at the end of 2024, and due to the high level of quality we are pleased to have presold several of the units.
