Prospect Capital continues its strong start to 2025, and is pleased to have completed the refinancing of two terraced townhouses in south Belgravia, just a minute from Sloane Square.

The properties, offering 880 sq. ft of GIA and benefit from rear gardens, have strong potential for enhance through both refurbishment and extensions, increasing the GIA up to 1,600 sq. ft per property subject to planning.
