The properties, offering 880 sq. ft of GIA and benefit from rear gardens, have strong potential for enhance through both refurbishment and extensions, increasing the GIA up to 1,600 sq. ft per property subject to planning.

This facility refinanced our clients bank and will provide time for the planning to be consented. It also showcases our appetite to partner with high quality, long established developers in London’s real estate market.
