Prospect Capital assisted with the refinance and acquisition of a beautiful property on the prestigious Tregunter Road in Chelsea, London. The clients currently own two apartments and have agreed to purchase the top apartment, with the ultimate strategy to combine all three apartments into a stunning family home in excess of 7,000 sq ft.

The borrowers are seasoned property professionals, who have an enviable history of successful high value development projects within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Planning has been granted to redevelop the property to include the addition of a basement, reconfiguring the existing accommodation to create a ‘single house’, as well as featuring a self-contained studio at lower ground level. Our clients are now seeking permissions for a larger, enhanced scheme, which will add additional square footage and include a lift and indoor swimming pool.
