Prospect Capital assisted in the refinance of a substantial nine-acre site benefiting from detailed consent for 75 houses and a GDV in excess of £30m.

The site is well situated, on the outskirts of a well-established town in a popular area of West Berkshire, 60 miles west of London with excellent communication links to the city. The client and our partner kindly flew to Jersey to meet with us, and due to their strong track record, we were able to agree a facility within 48 hours.
