Chantall Eksteen

Chantall is a personable team player who thrives in our fast paced environment, able to adapt quickly to change and provide practical solutions to complex problems. She is particularly adept at building relationships at all levels and passionate about helping others and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Before moving to Jersey, Chantall worked as an internal auditor and Quality Management System Consultant in South Africa assisting small to medium sized businesses. Chantall worked with a variety of companies from numerous industries, which required her to rapidly understand business processes and how best to approach implementing changes resulting in greater operational efficiencies, increased profitability, and a purposeful customer focus.
