SP is an accomplished commercial lawyer and senior executive with more than 22 years’ experience in commercial and contract law, property law (project structuring, development and management) and debt and equity funding. He is a South African attorney, an England and Wales solicitor (non-practising), a CEDR UK accredited commercial Mediator, as well as a Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). SP is also a full member of the Institute of Directors.
