Becoming a Co-Funder

To fulfil our regulatory obligations and onboard you efficiently we use the following steps:

We start by understanding your objectives and criteria.

Prospect Capital will conduct an appropriate level of due diligence, from a KCY and Source of Wealth perspective.

Prospect Capital in-house legal and external solicitors work closely to provide the documentation, which confirms the terms of the loan agreement.

You receive detailed proposals outlining the loan, its security, and the returns. On the basis you decided to participate with us in any loan, our solicitors will provide an undertaking and request your funds, you will begin to enjoy the returns within 48 hours.

Once onboard, you will receive regular updates through our co-funder monitoring programme, keeping you informed at every stage
