After conducting detailed research, background checks, financial due diligence, valuations, and legal agreements, we typically fund the loan and complete the transaction. At this stage, we provide a comprehensive proposal to our panel of co-funders, allowing them to consider the opportunity with full transparency.

Our senior management team and credit committee combine their expertise to underwrite all lending and real estate opportunities, focusing primarily on the security of capital. The co-funder Monitoring Programme ensures continuous engagement with our clients and provides regular updates to our co-funders.
