Established in 2015, we are part of the Prospect Private Office, founded 25 years ago in Gibraltar. We are a dynamic and expanding real estate group with an entrepreneurial approach. Headquartered in Jersey, with offices in London and in the Western Cape of South Africa.
We are established in the alternative lending market and pride ourselves on our ability to make swift decisions and take a commercially minded approach to real estate transactions. We specialise in short term bridging loans, particularly for individuals with complex or urgent needs.
Prospect Capital’s property division has a successful track record as a joint venture partner, providing debt and equity solutions to its projects.
